Jacqueline Levie, age 62, of Sharpsburg, Ga., died Tuesday, March 23, 2004, at Newnan Hospital in Newnan, Ga. She was born on March 15, 1942 in Akron, Ohio, the daughter of the late James Daley and Elizabeth Roxbury Levie.
Kirkley was born in 1922 in Paulding County to Carl and Ellen Palmer.

Assaults and violent acts were the second leading cause of workplace deaths with 41 (20 percent).
