 New Jersey Governbor's response to EO 13132 [Free Republic]
Recently, I wrote to NJ Governor Whitman voicing concern over several federal power-grabbing paragraphs contained in clinton's EO 13132 titled Federalism.
As you may know this is a thinly veiled rehash of EO 13083 that was rejected by the senate earlier this year.
I've had my gripes about CTW in the past, but, i am glad to see she is in our corner on this one.
