History

In 1922 the Azerbaijanb> SSR was incorporated into the USSR, within which the attributes of independence of the constituent republics were of a purely formal nature.
Under a decision of Parliament, in accordance with the Constitution of the Azerbaijanb> Republic, the powers of the President of the Azerbaijanb> Republic were transferred to the Chairman of the Supreme Soviet.
